Aloft Hotel

Future ground up development of a 150 key Aloft hotel overlooking the water at Clear Creek, becoming the premier hotel in the League City area. Construction anticipated to begin Summer 2019. The project is conveniently located 20 minutes from Downtown Houston and near key demand generators including over 50 aerospace companies, 60 international petrochemical companies, the NASA Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, Space Walk, and the Bay Area Regional Medical Center.
